Since it snowed again this last weekend (Alta got 17" inches of snow!) we decided we better take advantage of this great day to get up to the mountains to see the leaves before they all fell off! We got lunch at Sniders Brothers, the best sandwiches ever, and ate in the back of the car, then the kids threw rocks in the river until Owen hit Savannah's hand with a rock and it turned green and became the size of two of her fingers... Oops! Luckily, it wasn't broken, just really bruised, so needless to say she wasn't too happy, but good to go. She said she was okay to walk around, so we went for a little hike to collect colored leaves and enjoy fall. It doesn't seem to last long enough... the snow always sneeks in too early. Except for the finger incident, we had the best day and the kids had so much fun. I love the fall!
